BOOKING CONDITIONS

The role of our company. is to manufacture tours and itineraries to fit the requirements of our customers. In doing so, we may use independent suppliers for the provision of selected services. However we accept responsibility for the proper performance of your contract with us subject to the following booking conditions.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
Bookings should be made as early as possible to guarantee desired departure dates. To make your booking please make sure you have the correct names of all the clients and for tours and safaris we need the nationality and the date of birth. We will hold an option of 7 days from the time we have confirmed a tour, before the cancellation rules apply. If you need longer time please let us know. If a tour or hotel is fully booked we will try to offer you a similar option.
A deposit of 20 % is required latest 2 weeks after our confirmation of booking. The balance is due 35 days prior to departure date. In certain cases like luxury lodges or /safari camps we need the payment 60 days before commencement of our services. If payments have not been received in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations must be made in writing to us. Land prices are subject to the following cancellation charges based on number of days before the departure date.
In some cases more strict cancellation rules apply and in some cases like bookings of hotels and transfers only, we will be able to refund you more depending on our direct costs involved. There is no refund for any unused portions of the tour program once tour has commenced. Cancellation penalties on airfare are additional and will depend on the applicable airfare.

PRICES
All prices are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time before your booking is made. We will confirm price changes, if any, together with our confirmation of your booking.

REVISIONS and CHANGES
A fee of USD 100 per booking for each change on revisions made 43 days prior. 42 days or less, cancellation fees above apply.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Airlines and airfares included in the brochure are subject to change without notice. Please check with us or your travel agent for conditions applicable to the airline ticket.

DOCUMENTS AND TICKETS
Final documents and tickets will be mailed by overnight or registered mail two weeks prior to departure date.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you to purchase insurance covering medical, trip cancellation and interruption, and loss of baggage.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations are based on double occupancy with private bath at hotels, lodges and camps. At certain lodges, private baths may not be available. Single rooms are subject to a supplemental charge and cannot always be guaranteed due to limited numbers of rooms, therefore, tour members in single rooms may have to share accommodations occasionally.

PHYSICAL DISABILITY
Parts of the safari involve altitudes up to 7000 feet and driving over rough, dirt & dusty roads. Any physical disability that may require special attention or treatment must be reported in writing at the time of making reservation. Passage may be refused to any one whose state of health or physical conditions render them, in the opinion of the tour company or its suppliers, unfit.

EXCLUSIONS
Expenses and terms not mentioned on our website are not covered, including but not limited to: passport, visa and immunization charges; meals other than stated; beverages other than tea or coffee served with meals; laundry and pressing service; items of a personal nature; baggage handling and transportation to any hometown airports from gateways listed and gratuities to van drivers/guides.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
The airlines concerned are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchases of the ticket.

RESPONSIBILITY
Our company, our affiliates and related persons act as agents for hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads and those providing accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, sightseeing and other pertinent services. All vouchers, contracts and tickets issued by us or our agents, are issued subject to current tariffs, terms and conditions under which the services are provided by such tours,hotels, airlines, bus, railroad and tour companies. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the passenger due to missed, canceled or delayed flights. These costs will be borne by the tour member. By the acceptance of vouchers, contracts, or tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither our company or our affiliates shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury of damage of person, property or otherwise in connection with and accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the bush, the sea, by fire, machinery, actual or intended wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, sickness, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellation or of changes in itinerary, from causes beyond the control of our company.
Anyone not utilizing the pre-arranged transportation is responsible for the cost of any substitute transportation. No change in the itineraries are expected but we reserve the right to make them if necessary. Because of the unforeseen circumstances in transportation schedules, the land portion of our tour may be occasionally extended or curtailed. We cannot be responsible for changes of itinerary. We reserve the right to accept or retain anyone as passenger on its trip or to cancel a trip. After refunding all partial and full payments, we have no other obligations to passengers on canceled trips. Unused portions of the itineraries are not refundable.

Payments
The payment of the deposit or any other partial or full payment for a safari / tour reservation, constitutes agreement and consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in the brochure or customized itineraries.
